Mike Henniger is the VP Marketing and Sales for ICEF and has previously held senior positions in the language, vocational and post secondary sectors. Mike has been actively involved in the marketing and recruitment sphere in international education for more than 15 years and is a regular presenter and panelist at international education conferences. Mike specializes in cross media marketing, brand advocacy, social media strategies and effectively using agents to maximize international student recruitment.

Mark Lucas established iae GLOBAL recruitment network with OJ Kim in January 2006. With a career in education spanning 30 years, Mark has taught high school, college and ESL in Australia and Japan. Mark was the founding director and CEO of Technos Language and Commerce College, a private ESL and vocational education college for international students in Sydney. In 2001, TLCC merged with Aspect and was the Managing Director and Australian shareholder of Aspect Education in Australia until March 2005.

Mark has been active in the private export education sector and is a director of and past chair of the ACPET, a former convener of the Affiliation of International Education Peak Bodies and a founding member of the Commonwealth Government CRP in Canberra. Mark has been actively involved in the consultative process with the government at both state and federal level relating to industry issues that impact international education and training.He as a board member of AIRC from 2012 to 2014 and is on the Advisory Board of ICEF. Mark is a board member of the inaugural Australian National Agent Peak Body established in August 2018.
