Gary L. Welton is the Assistant Dean for Institutional Assessment at Grove City College, where he also serves as Professor of Psychology. He is actively involved with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, for whom he has served on nine Team Visits across the Middle States region, serving as the assessment specialist (including two Team Visits to Puerto Rico). He has sophisticated skills in statistical analysis. He regularly teaches both the basic and advanced statistics courses and has served the Educational Testing Service five years as an AP Statistics Reader. He has served as the assessment specialist on several research grants, including one funded by Microsoft Research. He also developed and teaches Cross-Cultural Psychology, a course recognized at the college for the manner in which it builds global knowledge, sensitivity, and awareness. He works closely with the Office of International Education at the college, facilitating their assessment initiatives.

Lois Larson Johnson is the Director of the Office of International Education at Grove City College, where she also serves as Professor of Education, sharing her extensive training and skills in curriculum development and assessment. She is a past NAFSA Academy Coach, Region VIII, and has served on Region VIII Leadership Team. She currently serves her discipline through state, national, and international presentations, chairs conferences, and maintains active professional affiliations with state, national, and international associations.
