Cheryl DarrupBoychuck was recognized for her "Outstanding Contributions to International Enrollment Management" during the 2018 Annual NAFSA Conference. She currently serves as Director of Institutional Relations for INTCAS USA, an innovative global admissions platform based in London. Cheryl also manages all aspects of the US Journal for International Enrollment Management ( She co-created - "Return on Investment for International Educators" as a complimentary tool for colleagues who recognize that ROI metrics extend well beyond numbers with dollar signs in front of them.

In her professional volunteer capacity, Cheryl sits on the Editorial Board of NAFSA's award-winning magazine, "International Educator."

George F. Kacenga truly enjoys working with international students and has been an active professional in higher education for over 15 years serving domestic, international, and underserved populations. With strengths including admissions, enrollment management, and student service, George serves as an active member of several professional organizations as a leader and presenter such as NAFSA, AACRAO, NAGAP, AIRC, and TAICEP. Together, George’s personal and professional paths have taken him to five continents, many countries, and into many more lasting relationships. George earned his PhD from the University of Pittsburgh in Social and Comparative Analysis in Education. He is the recipient of an Administrator’s Fulbright award to S. Korea, the IERF Sepmeyer Research Grant, and the AIRC Marjorie Peace Lenn Research Award. George is eager to collaborate and find solutions that serve students and stakeholders alike and he welcomes your communication.

Angeliki Rigos

Associate Professor

Angeliki A. Rigos has been an academic and business consultant with significant modeling experience in the areas of materials, reaction dynamics, and energy financing. She has spent almost 20 years abroad and is a recent member of NAFSA. At Merrimack College, she has served as President of the Faculty Senate, Chair of her department, Director of Women’s Studies, Director of Resources to Accelerate Integrated Science Education (RAISE) program and Associate Director of the National Microscale Chemistry Center. Dr. Rigos volunteers in startup accelerators, as an industry mentor in Cleantech Open and an industry champion at MassChallenge. Dr. Rigos earned a BA in chemistry at Cornell University, a PhD in physical chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA at Northeastern University and is an alumna of Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Denver 2015.
