Misa Mi is an Associate Professor of the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (OWUB) and a medical librarian at the OUWB Medical Library. She has over 25 years of experiences in teaching adult learners and working in special, clinical and academic library settings. She earned her Ph.D in Learning Design & Technology and master's degree in Library & Information Science from Wayne State University and was trained in the Program for Educators in Health Professions of the Harvard Macy Institute, Harvard University. She is a distinguished member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals of the Medical Library Association.
