Get a basic understanding of clinical research literacy. This engaging course will give learners an introduction to evidencebased practice (EBP) research by exploring what the different study designs are in clinical medicine, what types of questions they address, how they are conducted, and what their strengths and weaknesses are. The course will also look more closely at a randomized controlled trial and discuss the criteria used to critically appraise the methodology—a first step in determining if the results are useful.
