3212 - Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace (Workshop)

Tuesday, September 26
1:45 PM - 3:45 PM

The (ISC)2 GISWS Women in Security Study revealed that women 51% of women and 15% of men experienced one or more forms of discrimination in the workplace. In fact, the more senior level the women were, the higher the likelihood they reported discrimination. Join us in an interactive focus group to discuss and learn approaches to combating discrimination. Considering the same (ISC)2 GISWS study projected by 2020 there will be a shortage of 1.8 million information security workers, it’s clear no one can afford to lose existing talent.
