In Brasil the Urban Real Estate Register is responsible for declare the existence and physical characteristics of the immobile. Already the Real Estate Registrations is responsible for publicize and ensure the ownership of the property. That is why noticeable that both are complementary and the failure of exchange information between the two, can bring loss to decision making related to real estate questions and urban management. Therefore, the present study intends to relationship between two data models related to territory questions, the LADM (Land Administration Domain Model), conceptual model developed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), with FIG’s initiative (Geometers International Federation), and with Program for Human Settlements from ONU UN-habitat and the Brazilian rules developed by Brazilian’s Army, ET-EDGVDefesaFT (Technical Specification for the Structuring of Geospatial Data vector Defence Land Force), for from these standards develop a methodology of data integration of the Brazilian Registration Real Estate and Urban Cadaster.
