Microsoft has taken Dynamics products to a new level – subsequently, Implementation Methodology is rapidly changing too. We are moving at full speed to a full process-driven business focused implementation approach. We hear the terms LCS, BPM, VSTS, MS Project, Processes, APQC – we hear these terms a lot, but how exactly does it apply it in a real life? Join this session to learn how to connect all those dots together and successfully utilize most recent Microsoft Technologies to drive your implementation projects. You will hear a lot of practical experience-based advices and tips and tricks on how to structure your business processes using LCS BPM, how to convert processes into project deliverables, and how to benefit from most recent technologies to achieve consistency in the way different people from different areas work together around one goal – getting work done!

Viktor has extensive Microsoft Dynamics AX Solution Architecture, project management, implementation, training and support experience, with excellent functional and technical architecture knowledge of all major modules in AX. He also has a deep understanding of the overall Microsoft Technology stack. His unique and broad range of knowledge and experience was gained in building and implementing many different ERP solutions and 11 years specifically with Dynamics AX.

Viktor started his career in the ERP market building and implementing an EPR product, IntellPro, in the eastern European marked where he was responsible for Production and Manufacturing functionality. In 2004, he moved to Celenia Software, a Denmark based company with several technology centers in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Belarus), Mexico and Vietnam. Celenia Software was a vendor for Damgaard Axapta, which was to later become Microsoft Dynamics AX. In this role, Viktor was responsible for global support and release management of Axapta beginning with version 2.5 where he spent more than 11 years working in different roles.

At Celenia Software, Viktor worked multiple years as the Senior Solution Architect designing and delivering solutions. Celenia Software had a unique business model, working as 'partner for partners' which gave Viktor a chance to work directly with Microsoft's Business Solutions internal team and for major global Dynamics VARs and ISVs including Arbela, Columbus IT, Tectura, Tribridge, SBS Group, ePartners, IBM, Dell, IBIS, etc. Viktor has built very deep and broad architecture knowledge in all major AX modules --- GL and Finance, Sales, AR, AP, Purchasing, Trade & Logistics, Inventory, Production, Master planning, Warehouse and Transportation management, Public sector, Project and Service accounting, AX HRM and AX CRM.

Viktor is an active member of several different Microsoft advisory council groups including Microsoft TAP and he collaborates with Microsoft's R&D group. Currently, Viktor leads Arbela's technology direction and strategy, AX7 adoption program and also is assisting in Arbela's Global product development and new opportunities.
