In this session we will dive into typical examples as well as key performance indicators you hadn't considered of service metrics and examine how we can configure our data, processes, and reporting tools to deliver and make service performance improvements.

His expertise includes CRM Deployment, Application Implementation, USD, Field Service, Power BI, CRM Dev training, SQL Server Administration, SQL Reporting Services, Report Building, SharePoint and related business analytics tools. Thompson holds a B.S. Degree in Education and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Professional.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Tad’s background was in technology, as an IT Manager for a manufacturing company using the full Microsoft Technology stack
