Sheila Shahpari has been working with CRM since CRM 4.0. Her recent experience includes managing strategic initiatives to support various capabilities within the Professional Services industry, and she has specializations in Solution Architecture, Delivery Management, Capability Development, and (of course) Microsoft Technologies. In her spare time, she runs the Women in Technology International St. Louis chapter, serves the CRMUG as a Chaper Leader, and is a board member of TEDxGatewayArch. In addition, she is an active runner and musician (though not at the same time), and is currently attempting the title of whiskey connoisseur.
