Then you will see you examples of how to incorporate analytics into Dynamics 365 for Sales using the built-in reporting tools and PowerBI. You'll take away ideas for how to use metrics more strategically to achieve your sales goals.

Thompson holds a B.S. Degree in Education and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Professional.
