He has worked with CRM for 20+ years and with Microsoft CRM since it was released.

He is the primary architect of Edgewater/Fullscopes CORE Methodology, and is also responsible for all of the training delivered through their Learning Management System. In addition to CRM, Patrick has a very deep background in sales and business process automation. He is married, and has two boys ages 18 and 22. He is based in Atlanta Georgia.
