Hi, my name is Rachel Profitt, and I have been working with Dynamics AX for more than 14 years. I started my journey back on Axapta version 2.5 as an accounting end user and transitioned into an IT Help Desk and Training role after a few years of experience. After 5 years of working on the customer side of the table, I made the transition to a partner working at RSM (formerly Junction Solutions). I hold the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and more than 35 AX and CRM certifications. I have been training users how to use and implement Dynamcis AX for more than 9 years now and I am curently the Director of RSM Technology Academy. I have also worked on several implementations, have experience with development (X++) and have a very strong background in the Retail, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, and Life Sciences Industries.

I am very passionate about training and helping users understand how to get the most out of thier ERP implementation. Being and end user with the product in a time where no documentation or training existed, and driven me to help Microsoft create content as well as build a department that focuses specificially on AX and CRM training.
