Join us as we discuss several ways to align your users (and Management) with the good habits necessary to improve user-adoption. In this Thought-Leadership focused session, we will cover integrated tools such as Learning Paths and Gamification, along with other tools like Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and other Office 365 avenues.

Britta spent several years as a Systems Administrator and Consultant in the Financial Services Industry focusing on configuration, training and automation. Currently she works with Microsoft Partners and Customer Organizations to provide training, documentation and oversight on system direction. ​

She was awarded the Microsoft MVP award in 2015 and 2016 for her contributions to the Dynamics CRM Community. As an avid supporter of the CRM User Group (CRMUG) she carries out her passion for empowering systems administrations, budding consultants and university students through presenting, mentoring and guiding programming and events.
