One of the biggest challenges facing every CRM Project Owner and System Admin is how to provide sustainable, relevant training for users after going live. This session will dive into the new customizable features of Learning Paths in Dynamics 365 and discuss strategies for building and deploying effective content through the tool.
Britta spent several years as a Systems Administrator and Consultant in the Financial Services Industry focusing on configuration, training and automation. Currently she works with Microsoft Partners and Customer Organizations to provide training, documentation and oversight on system direction.
She was awarded the Microsoft MVP award in 2015 and 2016 for her contributions to the Dynamics CRM Community. As an avid supporter of the CRM User Group (CRMUG) she carries out her passion for empowering systems administrations, budding consultants and university students through presenting, mentoring and guiding programming and events.
