Through live demonstration, you'll see the user experience for each of these tools as we discuss the strengths and opportunities. Take away your own strategy for leveraging these tools in your sales process.

Gretchen Opferkew is the Director of Education at PowerObjects where she oversees both internal employee development, as well as change management, project training and community involvement. Having worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2006, Gretchen has over 200 implementations under her belt. Her passion is speaking to groups about CRM best practices, architecture and design, change mangement, training, and user adoption. She has been a Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP since 2013 and is one of the CRM User Group’s All stars. Her degree is in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University (St. Paul).
