Gretchen Opferkew is the Director of Education at PowerObjects where she oversees both internal employee development, as well as change management, project training and community involvement. Having worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2006, Gretchen has over 200 implementations under her belt. Her passion is speaking to groups about CRM best practices, architecture and design, change mangement, training, and user adoption. She has been a Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP since 2013 and is one of the CRM User Group’s All stars. Her degree is in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University (St. Paul).

Tad Thompson has more than fourteen years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consulting and Training and has been developing and delivering training content, architecting, implementing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 1. His expertise includes CRM Deployment, Application Implementation, USD, Field Service, Power BI, CRM Dev training, SQL Server Administration, SQL Reporting Services, Report Building, SharePoint and related business analytics tools. Thompson holds a B.S. Degree in Education and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Professional.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Tad’s background was in technology, as an IT Manager for a manufacturing company using the full Microsoft Technology stack

Development Manager

Jason has been working to help people get the most out of their Dynamics CRM/365 experience since v1.2. He has a technical focus concentrating on enhancing the product with custom development along with incorporating other Microsoft services such as Azure and Office 365. On the side he's sharing code on GitHub and making tools to help developers get their jobs done faster and better.
