The AMP RA/Lupus Network: Deconstructing RA and SLE Through Single Cell Analyses

Wednesday, June 14
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sponsored By:

This symposium will summarize the approach and goals of the AMP RA/Lupus (Accelerating Medicines Partnership in Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus) Network. Phase 1 data will be presented including high dimensional molecular immunophenotyping (mass cytometry and flow cytometry) and single cell gene expression (single cell RNAseq) of affected kidney and synovium tissues and blood. The process for and status of identifying aberrant cells and pathways will be described.
