Dr. John K. Forrest is an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) at Yale University in New Haven, CT. A graduate of Yale Medical School Dr. Forrest joined the faculty after completing his fellowship training in interventional cardiology and structural heart disease. For the past 5 years he has served as Director of the Structural Heart DIsease Program at Yale. He recently served as the national principal investigator for the CoreValve Evolut 2.0 clinical study, and oversees a large number of structurally related clinical studies at Yale. He also serves as director of the structural fellowship training program at Yale.
Dr. William Lieppe is an interventional cardiologist with over 30 years experience in the field. His primary areas of interest are coronary intervention and valvular/structural heart disease.

Dr. Sarraf is an Assistant Professor in the Cardiology Division at UAB. He is a structural cardiologist with an interest in invasive and non-invasive hemodynamics of the valvular heart disease.
