Dr. Jacqueline E. Tamis-Holland is an interventional cardiologist and the Associate Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital, as well as Program Director for the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship. Dr Tamis-Holland is a member of the writing committee for the American Heart Association/American College of Cardiology’s “Guidelines for ST Segment elevation Infarction”. She is also an executive committee member for the American Heart Association’s Mission Lifeline NYC Program. Dr Tamis-Holland is the Chair Elect for the American College of Cardiology’s Council for Academic Cardiology and is a member of the Interventional Cardiovascular Care Committee of the Council on Clinical Cardiology for the American Heart Association. Dr Tamis-Holland holds a post as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. She has lectured extensively on topics related to coronary artery disease at local and national cardiology meetings. Her reserach focuses relates to issues in the care of patients with acute coronary syndromes and ST Elevation Infarction.
