This roundtable discussion will enable Dynamics GP users to describe their A/P methodology to each other, sharing perspective and advice with the goal of finding tips that will help them streamline their processes back at the office. Processes we'll discuss include invoice/voucher creation, approval processes, document management, creation of payment batches, and payment methods including new electronic payment methods.

A skilled executive with over 25 years experience in the operations and accounting field, 17 of those years as a Financial and Operations Officer. HIs primary focus is on automation, doing more work with less staff, and quality assurance, Since 2003 he has worked with Dynamics GP and was a founding member of the Great Plains User Group (GPUG). Mike is a past President of the GPUG Board (2012), the current Chairman of the Board (2015-2016) for the Association of Dynamic Professionals Exam Committe, and is frequently a speaker/instructor at GPUG and Microsoft events.

♦ Creating a new process with a national rental car agency to process tolls ensuring over $4,000,000 of annual revenue is captured and savings $840,000 a year in labor costs through systems integration and creating a seamless process from infraction to billing the customer.
♦ Eliminated $3,000,000 of compliance risk for a healthcare group using capture and process improvement technologies.
