As Director of User Experience, Kim Peterson focuses on maximizing the InterDyn BMI User experience by developing programs for continuing education, improved User satisfaction, UG support and customer account health checks.
Kim previously held the position of Director of Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG), where she spent over five years growing the organization from 200 to almost 6000 companies. She is still supporting the User Groups today as an important alliance to InterDyn BMI.
Before her years of contributions at GPUG, Kim held roles in marketing, sales management and business development during her tenure at Great Plains Software/Microsoft. She also worked at various Microsoft Dynamics Independent Software Vendors in marketing and sales management roles and she has been recognized by countless excellence & achievement awards.
Throughout her career, Kim has realized outstanding success in working with Users, Partners and Microsoft, while graciously mentoring hundreds of her peers and colleagues in growing their business.
