This session will open up the closet on one of your peer’s SmartList and SmartList Builder environments. We will dig into a real-life scenario and discuss why they decided to build theses lists in SLB, as well as how they found the data and what functions they used and why. We will learn from their mistakes and, as a group, make suggestions on improvements. This is a highly interactive session where we review, praise and critically analyze one company’s implementation of SmartList Builder.
