Telehealth is increasingly used in a variety of specialties such as critical care, neurology, urgent care and behavioral health. Transitioning these services into day-to-day workflows often remains an obstacle. Issues include:
1) provider to provider telehealth
2) having the local PCP serving as a proxy to connect the patient with a specialist.
3) How would the specialty point-of-care look like (Medical sensors, etc)
4) Evaluation of patients by multiple specialists
5) Referrals to specialty
