OTN (Ontario Telemedicine Network) is one of the largest integrated and collaborative telemedicine networks in the world. This presentation is a case study of the evolution of OTN over the past decade, from rural and removes video conferencing to an interoperable online platform providing a wide variety of telemedicine products and services.
The presentation will describe the operational, technical, clinical workflows and financial considerations in this transformational journey.

Gilad Epstein, Chief Operating Officer, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN).
As the COO at OTN, Gilad is responsible for the Operations of the company and the following portfolios: Technology, Development and Integration, Product Management, Project Management and Customer Experience.
Prior to joining OTN, Gilad held senior leadership roles in IT, Operations, Product Management and Marketing, with a proven track record in diverse industries, including Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Semiconductors, and not-for-profit.
Gilad holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and an MBA from Schulich Business School, York University, Toronto.
