LAAB Accreditation Workshop
This workshop covers a variety of topics to assist programs through the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB) accreditation process. Former LAAB board members will provide a general sense of the accreditation process timeline and outcomes after a program review is complete. This workshop is for any academic programs preparing for an upcoming accreditation review or programs interested in LAAB accreditation.
$50 per person by 6/30; $75 by 9/15; $100 after 9/15

Stephanie Rolley, FASLA, FCELA, AICP, is Professor and Head of the Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional & Community Planning at Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS. She served as the 2015 Chair of the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board and has served as chair of fourteen Site Visits for the LAAB.

American Society of Landscape Architects
Kristopher Pritchard is the Accreditation and Education Programs Manager at the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), serving as the main staff for the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board (LAAB). He works with and manages the accreditation process of landscape architecture programs at universities throughout the US and oversees the ASLA Committee on Education. Before joining ASLA in 2014, he worked in accreditation at the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). He is a graduate of Capella University's MS program in Leadership in Higher Education.

Karl Von Bieberstein serves as principal and manager of RVi’s Dallas office day-to-day
operations. Karl has worked in both the public and private sectors and
holds Landscape Architect registrations in multiple states. A graduate of
Texas A&M University, Karl’s work includes College and University design and an extensive range of Park and Recreation
projects including master plans, hike and bike trail plans, and specific
park improvements plans. Karl is a former member of the Landscape
Architecture Accreditation Board and serves as Chair of the Professional Advisory
Board for the Landscape Architecture program at Texas A&M University.
