Congratulations on being selected to present at APM's 2017 Annual Meeting. This page contains information to help you plan your presentation at APM 2017.
The poster session is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 5:15-7:45 pm PST, in the Flores Ballroom of the La Quinta Resort.
Poster mounting is scheduled for 12:00 to 4:00 pm PST. All posters must be ready for presentation no later than 5:00 PM PST for viewing, no exceptions.There will be a printout of poster board assignments on-site.
Poster boards will be 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall; pins will be provided. Disclosure statement forms will be mounted on each poster board. All poster presenters are required to complete the form even if there is nothing to disclose. The completed form must be mounted on the top left corner of the poster board. A member of the Standards & Ethics Subcommittee will be present to ensure that all presenters comply.
Presenting authors are are required to personally attend their poster for the duration of the poster session. You will have the opportunity to mingle with your peers at the Welcome Reception after the poster session.
Posters must remain on the boards until 7:45 pm and may only be removed once the poster session officially concludes. If your poster has not been removed by 9:00 pm, it will be discarded, except those posters that were selected as winners by the Oral Papers & Posters Subcommittee. Poster winners are announced at the Friday morning plenary session.
If you wish for your poster to be included in judging for the best poster awards, your final poster must be uploaded to APM’s online ePosters gallery no later than October 15. Posters uploaded after this date will not be included in competition. Instructions on how to upload your poster will be provided in September.
If you are not entering your poster into competition, plan to upload it in PDF format to APM’s ePosters section by October 31.
