Your APM 2017 registration includes:
Professionals who plan to use VA funds for registration or travel to the APM annual meeting may wish to know that APM is registered in both ACES (Attendance and Cost Estimation System, one component of the education travel and tuition process for the VA) and SAM (the System for Award Management; www.sam.gov; which allows APM to accept federal funds). Our DUNS number is 092424746 and our CAGE code is 5NY24. Work with your medical center travel officials to secure your funding and mention that APM is appropriately registered and provide the above details if required.

To cancel your registration, please download and complete the Refund Request Form and mail, fax or email it to the Academy office. Please note that refund amounts are dependent on the date of your cancellation notice to APM.
