What does it mean for a library to be “Ready to Code?” Find out during this interactive discussion reflecting on the themes, opportunities, and challenges that surfaced through a yearlong investigation of the nature and scope of coding activities for youth in school and public libraries. Libraries “Ready to Code” increase opportunities for youth in their learning journeys and in their pursuit of tomorrow’s careers. Panelists will challenge participants to rethink how they deliver youth programming through the lens of “computational thinking” and coding concepts.
