When people think about becoming accessible to people with disabilities, visions of large construction projects and expensive technologies dance in their heads. But accessibility is about so much more than ramps. Often, one of the biggest barriers is the lack of understanding about the norms and expectations of interacting with people with disabilities. This ignite session will teach the cost-free rules of disability etiquette all libraries can use to continuously welcome people with disabilities.
