Dear Colleague,
The Ontario College of Family Physicians is proud to host the 54th Annual Scientific Assembly (ASA) from November 24-26, 2016 at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto.
Our theme this year is Excellence within the Complexity of Primary Care. With the fast pace of change in primary care, family physicians need useful, foundational and relevant education. The ASA provides high-quality, peer-reviewed and accredited educational sessions and workshops in the areas of clinical practice, clinical research, family-centred care and system innovation.
With over 1,400 delegates – including family physicians, family medicine residents and other primary care providers – ASA is a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the province.
On behalf of the 2016 ASA Committee, a volunteer group of dedicated family physicians from across Ontario, I encourage you to attend the 2016 ASA. The outstanding scientific program will provide a wide range of workshops, sessions and opportunities to engage in open discussions about strategies, best practices and the latest innovations in primary care.
We hope to see you in Toronto this November!
Warmest Regards,

Dr. Andrew Arcand, CCFP-EM
