Celia Ross is an Associate Librarian at the University of Michigan's Ross (no relation) School of Business. For over a decade, she has worked in business reference in a variety of settings, from a small venture capital firm to a global consulting firm and in public and academic libraries. She is the author of Making Sense of Business Reference, named a 2013 Outstanding Business Reference Source by ALA's Business Reference Sources (BRASS) Committee. She teaches an online course through ALA's Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) on business librarianship called Business Reference 101. She is the 2014 recipient of the BRASS Excellence in Business Librarianship award. She has presented at conferences and written journal articles and book chapters on business reference. In her spare time, Celia runs very far, very slowly and maintains her Chia Pet collection (not simultaneously).
