Donna Longo DiMichele is a Program Manager and the IMLS-LSTA Coordinator for the RI Office of Library and Information Services, the state library agency. Her responsibilities include LORI Grants, preservation and disaster planning, coordination of continuing education, special projects, and OLIS administration. She represents OLIS on the Board of the RI Center for the Book and libraries and other cultural heritage organizations on the state’s Emergency Management advisory body. Previous work experience includes Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center, the RI State Archives, the Brown University Archives and Duke University Library. Donna has Master degrees in Library Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and in Cultural Anthropology from the American University.
