Featured speaker Kathryn Deiss, library consultant and former ACRL content strategist, will provide an overview of mentoring – why it’s important; basics of the mentor/mentee relationship; challenges of a remote relationship; and how to become a mentor or find a mentor. Deborah Tenofsky will discuss the LLAMA Mentoring Program (http://www.ala.org/llama/llama-mentoring-program) and LLAMA mentor/mentee pair Janice Flug and Sarah Norris will share their experiences.
