YALSA President Candice Mack’s year-long initiative, "3-2-1 Impact!: Inclusive and Impactful Teen Services," focuses on the need for libraries to evolve in order to effectively serve today’s teens. Outreach has become increasingly important as we strive to connect with teens who may not realize our inclusive programming can meet their needs. Attend this interactive session and learn about a range of innovative programs serving a today's teens and learn strategies you can take back to your own library.
