Attendees will learn how they as librarians, deans, directors, or library professionals can work in tandem with a library development officer to raise funds and awareness for their library, collections, digitization projects, systems, needs/goals, etc. Everything from how to identify a potential donor to simple ways to engage a library user to motivate them to become a donor will be covered. Attendees will leave armed with the tools to raise funds for their library.
