Poster Session

Bullet Journaling for Individual Professional Development

Wednesday, October 19
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Room: Ballroom A/B

Reflective journaling has been shown to improve language teachers’ job satisfaction and teaching quality, but little formal research yet exists on how the formatting and organization of reflective journaling practices can affect teachers’ perceptions of its usefulness.  This poster will display two approaches to using an innovative Bullet Journal system -- one paper-based, one digital -- and how teachers can apply them to reflective journaling.
