Russell assists represents public and private colleges, universities, and related non-profit organizations in the recruitment, maintenance, and retention of international personnel. He partners with these organizations to develop, implement, and enhance existing immigration compliance programs including SEVIS, I-9s, and E-Verify. Russell assists these organizations with all relevant nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories including J-1s, O-1s, NIWs, EB-1As, and EB-1Bs. In addition, he assists these organizations in obtaining SEVIS designation students as well as post-designation SEVIS counseling and compliance. He provides detailed I-9 training to clients to assist in developing comprehensive completion and retention programs.
