Michelle is Chief of Technology, Content & Innovation at the Library, where she ensures that information technology systems support the library’s programs, services, operations and strategies. Before joining CPL, Michelle was the Head of Information Systems at the Galter Health Sciences Library at Northwestern University. She is a former President of the Library & Information Technology Association (LITA), a division of the American Library Association. She has a Masters of Learning and Organization Change from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and a Masters of Library and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
