One of the original trainers for PLA/ALSC’s Every Child Ready to Read Program, Sue has a degree in early childhood education in addition to library science. She has presented at over 500 workshops around the US, and has conducted numerous train the trainer programs. In addition, she is an adjunct instructor at Kent State University where she teaches a class on Library Materials, Services and Programs for Young Children, which includes information on early literacy.
