Kathryn Deiss, principal, Kathryn Deiss Consulting, provides consulting services to libraries and other cultural and non-profit institutions. She is a frequent facilitator of retreats and learning events including numerous leadership development institutes in the United States. Particular interests are organization development, leadership development, innovation and creativity in the workplace, executive coaching, mentoring, organizational culture, change, and using dialogue for learning and understanding.
Kathryn received her B.A. in Sociology from Trinity University (TX) and her MLS from the University at Albany. She was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico and is a visual artist.
