J. Elaine Hardy is currently the PINES and Collaborative Projects Manager with the Georgia Public Library Service. Elaine was a cataloger at academic and public libraries before joining the staff at the GPLS. She coordinates and administers special and ongoing bibliographic and user services projects for the PINES Program and Interlibrary Services programs for GPLS. She also manages software development projects, writes technical documentation, organizes a statewide conference for Georgia’s public library catalogers, and participates in PINES training for libraries.
She participated vicariously in the development of PINES and was an active participant in the development of the Evergreen ILS.
