International Education Consultant
Liliane Bauduy has been working as a consultant since January 2015. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Liliane earned a BA in French from Simmons College. After spending four years in Tanzania and in Cameroon where she worked as a teacher, she lived in the Netherlands and earned her "Doctoraal" degree in Spanish from the University of Amsterdam. She returned to the U.S. in 1991, embarked on a career in international education and has been working as a credential evaluator for over twenty-five years. She has traveled extensively and has participated in professional development activities as a presenter and trainer in North America, Europe, and Southern Africa. She is a published author of articles on educational systems and credential evaluation and is a contributing author to an Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) publication on the educational systems of the Commonwealth Caribbean. Education in Haiti, her guide to the educational system of the island nation, was published by ECE, Inc. in May 2014. She is currently conducting research on the educational system of Cuba.
