Matthew Bashi-Kadlubowski is Associate Director for Global Client Relations within the Programs and Services Division at Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Princeton, New Jersey. He is responsible for outreach and communication for the GRE and TOEFL testing programs.

Prior to ETS, Bashi-Kadlubowski was a Regional Account Manager within the Higher Education Division at Peterson’s. He specialized in the areas of lead generation, sales, marketing, and customer support for, and

He has worked in higher education for eighteen years in the areas of marketing, admissions, and enrollment management with respect to the undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and international markets. He is the former Director of Marketing and Enrollment Services at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and the former Director of Admission at Rider University – Westminster College of the Arts. He also held enrollment positions at Adelphi University, Temple University, and The University of the Arts and served on the Conference Planning Committee for the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) from 1993 to 2000.

Bashi-Kadlubowski holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a M.Ed. in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University.

Jobert E. Abueva

Jobert E. Abueva leads all brand management and strategic marketing efforts for the TOEFL(R) family of assessments which inlcude the TOEFL iBT(R) and TOEFL ITP(R) tests as well as the TOEFL Young Students Series comprised of the TOEFL(R) Primary(TM) and TOEFL Junior(R) tests. Prior to joing ETS, he was Vice-President, Global Sales and Marketing at The Oxford Princeton Programme, the leading energy education and training provider. He has also been Senior Category Development Manager for the EMEA Division of Clairol, Inc. in the UK before becoming Marketing Director, Asia Pacific, based in Bangkok, Thailand. A former business correspondent for The New York Times, International Herald Tribune and Newsweek, Mr. Abueva graduated from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian Studies as well as from Columbia Business School with an MBA in Marketing. He is currently Adjunct Faculty in Business Studies at Bucks County Community College in Pennsylvania.

Pamela K. Barrett

Pamela Barrett is an experienced international education professional and is currently a consultant with a worldwide client list. Pamela is currently Senior Consultant North America for i-graduate, working on the world-renowned ISB service. Previously Barrett led HE Advisory at KPMG, where she remains an Associate. As Education Attaché at the British Embassy in Washington, DC, Barrett was responsible for the transatlantic relationship in education. She has more than 25 years' experience in international recruitment and marketing, student services, international fundraising, alumni, and study abroad. Barrett was the associate dean at Allegheny College, where she directed international student services, study abroad and exchanges, and set up an international student recruitment program. Barrett established the first USA Year Abroad programs at the University of Sheffield and was the first assistant dean at Regent's College in London. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of London, an MBA and a Master’s degree in International Relations from USC.
