Elizabeth Leibach is the director of the Office of International Student and Scholar Services in the University of Kentucky's International Center. Elizabeth has held IE leadership positions for more than 19 years within several knowledge communities; international admissions, recruitment, student and faculty immigration services, co-curricular and academic student programming. She gained significant experience with family-based and employment-based immigration while working for an attorney in Pittsburgh, PA. As an active NAFSA member since 1997 she served on the Region VI executive team as Treasurer for 2 years, four consecutive years as a NAFSA state whip in PA and KY, three years as a co-trainer/lead trainer with Trainer Corps and currently serves on the NAFSA ISS-RP Travel Subcommitee. She is also an International Education Administrators Program (IEA) Fulbright awardee and a council member of the Mayor’s International Affairs Advisory Commission (MIAAC) in the city of Lexington, Ky.

Amber Tetreau-Segura

Amber Tetreau-Segura is the Assistant Director of Admissions, Immigration and Student Services at the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) at the University of Arizona. Amber has been working with international students and scholars for over 10 years. She currently is the PDSO for CESL, acts as the liaison with sponsoring agencies and oversees admissions and student services for all CESL programs.

Amber completed a M.A. in Higher Education with a concentration in International/Comparative Education at the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Spanish at Northern Arizona University. She spent a year studying at the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. She served as a NAFSA Regulatory Ombud for Region II and as the Co-Chair for the Local Arrangements Committee for the 2014 Region II conference. She currently serves as a member of the ISS RP International Student Subcommittee.

Christina M. Luther

Christina Luther is the Director of International Student and Scholar Services at Portland State University, where she is responsible for overseeing the advising of the F, J, and H populations. She is currently serving on NAFSA's International Student and Scholar Regulatory Practice Subcommittee. She has been leading NAFSA workshops at the local and regional level for most of the 17 years she has been advising. Christina served as the regional representative for NAFSA's Academy III in Region I and was the workshop chair for 5 years, including three regional and two bi-regional conferences. She was one of Region I's Regulatory Ombudsman for 6 years and served one term as the Workshop Dean for the F-1 Advising: Intermediate Core Education Program curriculum.
