AVA has multiple exhibitor registration types; here are the full details on each badge type and cost.

For each 10'x10' booth space rented, an exhibitor receives 2 complimentary full meeting registrations. This registration includes access to all meeting educational sessions and to the receptions and meal functions that are open to AVA attendees. It does NOT include CE credits nor pre-meeting workshops.

Once an exhibiting company has used the allotted complimentary full meeting badges, additional full meeting badges may be purchased for $350. Exhibitors can also purchase pre-meeting workshops and upgrade their full conference pass to include Continuing Education.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written notice of cancellation received by the AVA 2016 Scientific Meeting Registration Manager, no later than 11:59 PM EST on August 12, 2016, will result in a refund of registration fees paid less a $50 processing fee. Please submit cancellation requests to AVAreg@conferencemanagers.com. If initial payment included a membership fee, the membership fee will not be included in the refund. Refunds are not permitted for cancellations received after 11:59 PM EST on August 12, 2016. All refunds will be issued utilizing the same method as the initial payment. No-shows are non-refundable.

Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted to AVAreg@conferencemanagers.com. Please include the original attendee's name and the substitute's full contact information. If the substitute's registration options are different from the original registrant's, the registration fee difference will be charged.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, AVA will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. AVA assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airfare tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of cancellation. Registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions for tax purposes. Consult your tax advisor, as they may be deductible under sections of the tax code.

CHILDREN

Due to the professional nature of this conference, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the educational sessions or the Exhibit Hall; unless prior arrangements have been made through AVA. If you require childcare services while attending AVA 2016, please view Disney’s options for childcare.
