Join your colleagues for a morning of mindfulness and meditation. All levels are welcome from novice to advanced (mats will be provided). Interested participants are encouraged to sign-up on-site near the ASAM Registration Area but walk-ins are welcome. Classes will be limited to 40 participants and those who signed-up in advance will be given priority. Please wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothes.
