Exhibitor Registration

Advance registration is now closed. Please fill out this registration form and visit us onsite at the registration desk.


AVA has multiple exhibitor registration types; here are the full details on each badge type and cost.

For each 10x10 booth space rented, an exhibitor receives 2 complimentary full meeting registrations. This registration includes access to all meeting educational sessions and to the receptions and meal functions that are open to AVA attendees. It does NOT include CE credits nor pre-meeting workshops.

Once an exhibiting company has used the alloted complimentary full meeting badges, additional full meeting badges may be purchased for $300 or $475 each, depending on the type chosen. Exhibitors can also purchase pre-meeting workshops.

In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, AVA will refund 100% of registration fees paid. AVA assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airfare tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of cancellation.

Registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions for tax purposes. Consult your tax advisor, as they may be deductible under sections of the tax code.
